Recently, the Wilson aerosol cosmetic intelligent manufacturing factory completed a hardware upgrade of its core production area, and a new generation of sanitary-grade raw material storage and distribution system has been officially put into operation in the standardized clean production workshop. Opening sealed manholes, pressure monitoring components, and anti-leakage valves, paired with universal mobile brackets with brakes. This allows for both sealed and light-protected storage of shower foam raw materials to ensure the stability of formula properties, as well as flexible transfer between different processes such as batching and filling, effectively improving the turnover efficiency of the production chain and adapting to the flexible production needs of multi-category aerosol products.
