Given that self-tanning mousse uses flammable organic solvents as propellants, its production workshop must comply with Class A explosion-proof building design codes. The workshop is equipped with explosion-proof electrical appliances, a real-time combustible gas concentration monitoring system, and anti-static flooring. In addition to standard cleanroom garments, frontline operators are required to conduct regular grounding resistance tests on equipment to eliminate potential hazards of electric sparks generated during operation, ensuring the safe production and compliant delivery of high-activity, high-pressure cosmetics.
