The white plastic packaging for self-tanning mousse (commonly made of PET, PE, or PP materials) is highly prone to accumulating static electricity during production and transportation. The physical adsorption effect generated by static electricity causes micron-level dust and fibers in the air to adhere to the inner and outer walls of the bottle. Before the feeding stage, in addition to manual input, it must be confirmed to be in a "dust-free state." Otherwise, once filling and sealing are completed, foreign matter on the inner wall will result in irreversible sensory defects.
