Walking into the clean packaging workshop, a scene of perfect order unfolds before your eyes. Wearing full blue dust-free suits, with masks and white gloves properly fitted, the workers stand focused at the end of the central conveyor belt under bright dust-free lights, placing the inspected and qualified products into corrugated boxes, ready to be shipped to various locations.

On this assembly line, small bottles move from filling to this point, where they undergo our "tactile re-inspection." Manual packing is not just for filling boxes, but serves as a final quality check. The moment our packaging workers grab the product, they simultaneously complete:

Tactile inspection: Are there any stains or scratches on the bottle body?

Visual inspection: Is the green tray placed correctly, and is the bottle cap tilted?

This "human-machine" relay allows us to eliminate the slightest defect before the finished products enter the warehouse.

Did you notice everyone's strict attire? In this post-processing stage, which involves significant manual operation, we strictly enforce GMP cleanroom standards. Every time we bend over to pick up a product, we must ensure that sweat, hair, and dust particles absolutely do not fall into the product packaging box. The cleanliness of the packaging directly determines the consumer's experience the moment they open the parcel.
