1. Raw material entry: Every batch of raw materials must be tested for purity, heavy metals, especially surfactants, and whether there are any residual dimethanes; this is a key area of regulation.

2. Raw Liquid Testing: Measure the pH and viscosity of the shaving foam, and observe whether there are any particles or layers.

3. Finished Product Inspection:

   - Foam performance: Measure the foam volume and half-life; the extruded foam should be fine and delicate, without large bubbles, and should not collapse after 120 seconds.

   - Stability: Do 50 ℃ Hot storage for one month, -10 ℃ Stored cold for one month, it should not separate into layers or change its flavor when taken out.

   - Irritation: Conduct a RIPT test to ensure it does not cause sensitization and complies with cosmetic safety standards;

   - Leak test: This is the water bath test mentioned earlier, to ensure that the valve and tank are not leaking

Overall, the production of shaving foam is not a highly technical process, but it excels in details. From each proportion in the formula, to the temperature of emulsification, to the pressure during filling, every small detail determines the final user experience. Currently, the industry is also moving towards environmentally friendly and gentle approaches. As long as these details are well controlled, stable and user-friendly products can be produced.
